Those are good choices! My advice is always go heavy, because of the Vamp's slow speed and relative understability.

Disclaimer: haven't thrown the Vamp yet.

Valley vs. Trak: Valley overall is more consistently stable. Had some flipping with the Trak when thrown into headwinds.

Notch vs. Ascent: Notch is considerably more overstable than the Ascent....

In an earlier post, I referenced the only infinitediscs review of the Vamp, which he sort of hinted that it was more overstable than he had hoped. unlace has a little fade, but not much... it's going...

Glad to hear it! It's been a long-time since I read someone who's happy posting in the Vibram thread. Usually people come in here and complain...

I am a fellow Vibram-aholic. I have used...

Vamp?

Any reviews yet? I would think that the rounded edge would lend itself to rollers. The unlace doesn't stay on a roller (too top heavy?).

I've heard that people were surprised by how it fades a...

Tried a light(er) weight VP yet?

Recently, I had a bag stolen, so it was a fluke that I got a lightweight VP (168 medium) from my friend's VBB player's pack, but I've used it all summer, and I am happy with it.

The VP has been my...

I'd say the Ibex is their best disc, because it plays well for the widest range of players. It is fairly nose-angle sensitive, but for those who are accustomed to using good form it really shines.

I think all the Vibram molds are really good, but whatever you think will fill holes in your bag. Recently, I picked up the Notch for the overstable fairway slot.

Yeah, I've used it on those type of lines before. A low-ceiling presents challenges for traditional mid-ranges. Enter the Valley with its incredibly small low-speed fade for a fairway driver.

When the Notch was first announced (we didn't even know the name yet), it was billed as a Firebird-style overstable, but I think it falls short of that quite a bit, mostly because of the speed I...

My flight numbers are 7 4 0 2. I've heard people being disappointed with the Notch, because it's not a 0 3 or 0 4; it was marketed as super-beefy overstable, but it doesn't have the huge fade some...

Been throwing the Notch for a week or so... works well with my forehand game. I have 300' of power with forehands, and I can get the Notch out to about 250' consistently -- very, very straight.

I think the new micro-chunks are grippier than the other runs. They're sort of rough.

I think the Valley is the best fairway Vibram has made out of the three so far... second generation is going to be good! The Valley has tremendous glide, and it's much more consistent than the Trak.

Arch should be nice to have. Supposed to beat-in to glide-y.
