Playing a tourney at Giles Run, stuck behind some S-L-O-W playing pros, got to watch one of them throw 6 discs into the briars next to the infamous Hole 16.

What a melt down.

I think you're over thinking things...

you correctly defined nose down in the thread. It's a really simple concept. It doesn't really matter the type of throw you are making, wether forehand, backhand, hyzer, anhyzer... the leading edge...

Being the one person left in the USA who refuses to Facebook,

I couldn't enter, but I did take the chance to bring a disc in and toss it around some in our yard, and even set up a putting challenge in the showroom with a cement...

18 Holes at Giles Run...

a gorgeous day, hooked up with another player, and we had a nice round, both shooting around even for the round. Pretty windy, with the notorious thorns coming into play...but no lost discs, but...

the total length of all 72 holes will be over 25,000 feet, with lots of hills, and a 1/4 mile hike between 7-8 and 1/2 mile from 16 to 17. The course is notorious for it's unforgiving nature, and...
