Use black dye and most any color champ disc will end black.

It will be hard to see unless you're throwing in a snowstorm though so be warned.

Heck yes. On flat, dry, short grass, my rollers go about 50' further than an air shot.

I use an Unlace and a Vulcan, throw it flat, then watch it hit the ground and take off.
