A couple older Leos I have are flatter (and stand taller than newer Leos when stood on edge). They are faster and flippier. If a L3onard is anything like that, and in JL champ... mmmmm.

I haven't tried the Harp. I used a Zone until I got a Honey. Terrible name, but SO overstable and grippy.

I don't think I'd care for it in other plastics unless a Pro Thunderbird somehow...

I'm not sure your first two requirements fit with "high fade." Straight-stable and high glide has a lot of options. You'll be hard pressed to find "high fade" without overstable + low glide.
