I'm not good at disc golf because I'm not a natural athlete (except when it comes to running or riding a bike). And I don't put work in. I'd rather play a couple of casual rounds a week and then go...

For some reason I only lose them on one course. And I pretty much only lose orange ones there. It's a private course, so the guy who runs it takes pride on returning every disc that's lost there....

Challenger - Zone - Buzzz - Drone - XL - Predator. I feel like I'd be good with that bag. If I owned any of those discs outside of the Zone and Buzzz, I'd go try it right now. But I don't. I throw a...

More like if you mirror that bag, you too can have back problems. Mother of God that bag fits a lot of discs.

Found a Champ Beast off of the 13 fairway at Blue Lake on Monday morning. No ink. Doing my due diligence (here and Facebook groups). It looks too used to belong to a chucker. Plus it was at Blue...

I think 11 drivers is too many, but that's because I don't really throw drivers. I usually play rounds with 8-10 discs in the bag. If we're talking collections? No max. I have more Gazelles than any...

Anything but a Teebird, Leopard, DX Roc, or Aviar. I'd probably choose the Destroyer just to see the look on my friends' faces.

I like your memory. It's bad, but it paints me in a positive light.

For the record, I wasn't saying that I necessarily beat my friends. That rarely happens. I just have way more fun than they do.

I'm perfectly honest about my noodle arm. I'm lucky to hit 250' on flat ground. I know I'm pretty bad. I also know that at the end of the round I'm the one smiling while the rest of my friends are...

I'm just as confused as everyone else, so I'll do what I always do when a course is maddening and I need to bring in the fun factor again: Throw a roller.

It can be played year round anywhere. The South and California are the easiest places to do it. Here in the NW we just gear up for rain. But I know people play all over regardless of weather. I've...

Probably some variation on the Gazelle. I backhand DX ones and flick Champ or Star. Banshee and Thunderbird get a lot of use too, and the Buzzz gets the nod on shorter holes.

Bummer about Ox Bow. That was where I discovered disc golf back in about 1988. Didn't actually start playing until 2010, but that was my first basket. I always made it a point to play there when I...

Two goals for the year:

Keep improving my PR's at local courses (succeeding so far).

Stop. Buying. Discs. Period. (My "discs purchased" are far behind the 2014 pace, and 2013 was just out of...

Casual rounds and mulligans or not, I would love to be able to hit shots like that. Haters hate. It's why they're called haters.

It's the plastic to me more than the mold in general. I agree 100% about Leo's. DX turns over before you even pay for it. Pro takes a week or so to hit that sweet spot, and then holds it for three...
