Mostly not 150s any more

Changed jobs and stopped playing for a while, but I have started playing again. Working 5 minutes from Seneca Creek helps. Still throwing FD, Truth, and Clutch as the stable-neutral core of my bag.

Welcome! If you have dicey knees pay attention to pivoting on the heel or ball of your plant foot. Pivoting while flat-footed puts a lot of unnecessary stress on the knee.
