Disc Speed Retention

Anyone know how/when a disc loses speed? It doesn't seem to be steadily to me.

Is the loss similar between different disc speeds (just different magnitudes)? Or do some lose speed early, and...

Legs are usually credited with around 20% of power/distance. If they're being used to the full advantage. (Which would be why they add about 2% for me)

Runup also gives some timing cues.

Golf is a lot more about accuracy. Everybody and their dog can hit a golf ball 280yds. The problem is that it's usually 150yd forward, 130yd sideways.
