I vary my pinch in proportion to my arm speed up to the hit. During the reach back all is very relaxed and I'm barely holding the disc. As the pull begins speeding up so too does the grip pressure....

If group at hole 2 is say 5 or 6 people and the group on hole 1 is only 1 to 3 people, a courteous gesture would be for the hole 2 group to wait and allow the smaller group to play through to hole 3.
