Blue course didn't really blow me away, I think the White course is a little better, but Rotary is better than Armco IMO.

roflsocks has good advice there and I do agree with Mocheeze that you over rotate/ over heave your backswing still, I wouldn't try to keep the head still though, just less head turning back and forth...
