Flat top for sure! If they putt half as good as they feel, then DGA has a winner on their hands. I think this could be the disc that really gets their name farther out there. Out here in California...

I can say that I've had a flippy premium plastic rampage. With no wind, they are awesome and overstable. But into the wind, they need flew consistently enough for me.
