Spend a half week in each - that'll provide reasonable access to the Allentown, Northern Delaware, Central Maryland, and other nearby-area courses, plus plenty of non-disc golf options.

Scarboro is a fine course, and if you end up playing it, I think you'd enjoy it. Mile/time-wise, it is ~12 miles / ~20 minutes from I95.
