I lived in Seattle for a good 7 months and N.A.D. park was awesome (still one of my favorites). Took the ferry over to Bainbridge (sp?) with beautiful views of Mt Rainier. Can't beat the experience....

People today are just to uptight and sensitive. It may seem like today's world is so much worse than in the past, but its just the availability to read/see/hear about something at a moments notice....

Looking at the courses you have already played...

Looking at the courses you have already played Holler in the Hills or going towards the Quad city region would be your best bet. I can't speak for any of those courses because I've yet to play them...

I don't know if I qould qualify this as a top destination but Milwaukee is a great city for brewerys and a little disc golf. They held the AM Worlds here a few years back.

New Orleans..... Literally one of the best cities in the world. With the lack of courses in the area I assumed the DG scene would be terrible, but to my delight City Park was a really solid course...
