Timmons is my old home course and a great lunch time round. There's a Wendy's, Sonic and Jack n da Box nearby but I think the Pete's 'meat and 3' nearby burned down.
You'd need about 15-20 minutes...

Oooh I forgot about Sugaw, good one. Fun course, lots of challenge and a pretty quick play, Surprisingly long-ish and a great 'old-school' Charlotte feel cuz you'll still hit trees but more open.

Maybe Streets can join you since Trails in Anderson used to be his home course.

I've always enjoyed my stops there and it makes for a nice 'warm-up round' on our trips to bigger courses nearby....
