The only discs I've had any issues with flashing are Orcs. I throw drivers with a 1 fingered FH. And while the flashing makes the grip a little irritating, it doesn't affect my throw and my trigger...

I love the raised lettering. It always gives me a grip reference point. It increases my confidence. Also I have a bit of neuropathy in my trigger finger so I get better "feel".
