Spirits are pretty crazy discs. I don't bag them regularily but I do take one out once in a while. Pretty awesome for skips and any sort of headwind. I like the wide diameter and the shallow rim....

FAF Star Firebirds are really beefy so I'm pretty sure it won't be longer than the Shock for you...
