XL has a blunt nose and an "L" type profile compared to the XS. XS is sharper and more concave under the nose. In my experience, the XL is a little slower with more turn.

Most discs seem to be found about a minute after the owner gives up. So that's usually how long I look. Practice makes perfect though and the more you search the better you get at finding them.

I have had a CE-Q Omega (micro bead) in my bag for over 10 years and love it! Perfectly stable, will hold any line even in wind so long as it's kept flat. I even have my first two tourney aces on it.
