OK, now that that's cleared, step away from the drivers.

Your form isn't very well developed at this point, and trying to mask your flaws with new discs will only hurt you more. Focus on learning...

I always got the impression that the TCs didn't have quite as much glide as the discs they did after they switched the top. The First Runs have the anhyzer top and do have great glide, no problem...

Continued...

Disc design is to a large extent center of lift manipulation. A disc shape that causes the center of lift to move only very little with more or less speed will result in a disc that...

I know Mike C can turn them, but he also throws his putters about 80-100+ feet further than me. =)

And it's not just me talking, according to someone who has actually studied the aerodynamics of...

This. The real problem with the first run was inconsistency. Some were horribly understable, some were nice and straight, some even overstable. The 2nd run picked up the slack a lot though, all of...

Frankly it sounds like you have something that happens when you try to throw flat that doesn't happen with hyzer or anhyzer. There's no physical reason a disc would turn more from flat than it does...

Just so you know, all PDs have the Firebird wing. =)

The TCs I've thrown were slightly more overstable or about on par with the First Run S-Lines that came out nice and overstable, not CFR C-PD...

Before we go wild with the suggestions, how about trying to find out what's actually happening, so that we could make educated guesses?

Sounds like they might have been the new 3rd runs. Based on mine they're not the most overstable ones, but good and very workable workhorses. Just a tad of turn to them, a healthy fade. Basically...

Dunno, my first Shock was clearly more understable than my first Volt, and my first Volt flies like a DX Leopard. So quite understable indeed. On a flat throw with anything over 300-330' of power it...

Discmania already has something in that vein: A seasoned D-MD2. Brand new it's one of the best neutral mids in the game, and when thrown around a bit it becomes one of the best understable mids in...

The MD2 has been slanted ever since the first R-Pro'ish P-MD2s that had a different top and said RM2 on the bottom came out, and every MD2 I've owned (I think I'm up to about 20-30 atm., most likely...

Me and my friend threw them a few times yesterday, here are my initial thoughts.
I would never call it anywhere near as overstable as a PD2, especially considering that they don't dump down like...

Yep, it's that silly. You can even make a new disc and keep the old name without having to reapprove it, to an extent.

Test config isn't the same as FR though, and the FRs are absolutely sublime. They're more overstable than other S-PDs have since been (on average at least), but they still have that same penetrating...
