Saw a cool Raccoon climbing a tree today at Como Lake. I think I scared it up there with my disc as it landed right up under the tree it was scurrying up when we got there.

Laying on a disc or stick in the basket is by default still fully supported by the basket. I'm no stickler for rules and couldn't care less as I don't see myself ever taking my pastime so seriously...

That's because they are designed to be re-applied every few weeks. I use basic shoe water-proofer from footlocker and it works fine. Just have to keep up with spraying it down every so often.
