The best bet IMO would be to find a golf course that is inexpensive (30 to 50 greens fees) and route a disc golf course within it that doesn't interfere with the golf course and vice versa in order...

I would say a slight bend...the important part is to keep your hips and upper body behind that front knee. The straighter that knee is IMO the more susceptible you are to a repititive stress injury
