I live about 15 miles from this new course going in, and agree: it will be a good one as it seasons. Those folks who've already put in over a year of 'spare time' on it deserve commendations.
There's a little bit of a time crunch happening, as the local group (gcfda) plans to include it this August in our Course Challenge Series. There's been a little bit of frustration expressed lately, which I do NOT want to get in the middle of, but I had just posted a 'cleanup challenge' (http://www.cincinnatidiscgolf.com/De...g=posts&t=2309
), hoping to encourage even a few more folks to come out, explore the course in a fun way, and contribute some time to getting it ready.
What POSITIVE, zero pressure, encouraging, and fun ways have others used to get out the masses to help with new courses?
