- good course for putter practice, but HoD material? ...not so much.
So I made an executive decision to swap out Hole 8 at Civic Center (they're all
short), cross the street (literally
) to play:
Grizzly OaksHole 4, 483 feet:
Fairly level at the tee, plays slightly uphill to a small rise about halfway down the fairway, then significantly downhill from there. Approaches can sprout wheels a roll away. Starts out pretty open, but patches of brush and tress line the fairways from around the rise at the midpoint most of the way to the pin.
Sorry - no map, but I thought I'd keep the HOD in the immediate area - but how many Wizard, Aviar, and Magnet posts do we really need. At least people with find different ways to attack this.
