Looks a little rushed starting with your reach back. Slow down and reachback later in your footwork. Also, you have the heaviest toe drag i've ever seen. Can't say for sure, but i'm willing to bet it's stunting your torsoe rotation and follow through. Evidence is at 0:38 and 1:22. You're not powering through the throw, but instead toe dragging and standing straight up. It's keeping your weight from properly shifting forward cuz it's stuck dragging across the ground.
maybe experiment with a hop-step to help get your feet lighter.
