I've found that using the Rit neon colors on champion glow plastic is stellar. The neon dyes seem to have some UV reactive qualities about them, so if you're charging your glow disc with a UV flashlight, the colors really pop at you.

Here's a champ glow Mako with Neon Green:


During glow rounds, the green dots radiate while charging under the UV light, then kinda "mask" the glow of the plastic with the UV light off. It causes somewhat of an inversion of the negative/positive space on this pattern. I really wish I had a good picture of this disc under the UV light...
