It's just about inverting your brain. I once in a while go out and throw right-handed, it's kinda nice because you don't have to un-learn bad habits, you can just develop good ones. The first thing that you'll probably notice (unless you're naturally ambidextrous) is that strength and coordination in your wrist and hand will need to be developed. Just using your strong hand over years of living puts them on different levels...or at least that's what I noticed.
