I am one of those who have had a bad experience. I won't go into details, but the person I saw did more damage than good.
My aunt and uncle saw a chiropractor for years, and finally realized he was just taking their $$.
Now you on the other hand, sound like you know what you are talking about. I agree w/ your statement that the field has grown and new ways of treatment are offered.
