This was my home course for a spell. Fairly easy hole, wide open high lines. I feel it plays about 350 from the long, elevation change doesn't seem to come into play much, and yes it's usually windy. I like to play it a little long, a high hyzer out right with a firebird, let it crash down between the basket and 9 tee.
Do not end up short. Short left is a sumac Jungle, I've lost a couple in there before, and it takes a skillful recovery shot to save par, most likely will be bogey or worse. Same with short right, it's a little more open, but there's some very steep elevation that you have to play up.
