Not sure why that's happening for you. The trak is my go-to hyzer flip machine all day and is great for controlled anyhyzers. The Ascent is usually a dependable straight flyer with a good fade at the end. Overall, the Ascent is definitely more overstable than the Trak but I have heard people say the Trak has more left-right-left movement which could make it appear to have more fade. Not really sure.
