To clean a microfiber I usually get them cold...like in the freezer. Seems to lose some of its "grip" when really cold. Otherwise, a few hand washes usually work too.

like on my front step, cause my freezer is warmer!
will have to try one of these if I get a microfiber nasty - although I don't have as big a problem with that anymore.
