One thing I notice is your left arm (~ 10 sec mark) moves in sync with your right arm. There's usually a pause where the left arm is kept at the side at the beginning of the pull... just an observation for you to experiment with if you want. Could be many causes, eg, lack of acceleration, lack of flexibility, bad timing.
