Discraft team member Scott Papa does a lot of dyes on z plastic, with many available for view on Hyzer Farm eBay store (search HyzerFarm). Good inventory, great selection since I'm mentioning them.
That being said, they are mostly tie dye or nondescript color combo techniques and not stencil or image too much. So reference only as he's not generally interested in taking commission work.
