Also focus on when you are accelerating. Grab a towel in your right hand (let it hang freely).....Go to throw it (but don't let go). When you reach back is that towel parallel to the ground or perpendicular (still hanging freely)? If its up in the air on reachback then you are accelerating too early and you need to start that acceleration later.
Basically what it boils down to, is that you don't need to "kill it" to make it go far. If you have everything in the right place at the right time its effortless........Every move is predicated by the next.....it can be frusterating, but it is well worth it in the long run.
