Youre saying just that, youre taking the appropriate approach, reachback and pull through as if youre throwing a hyzer shot.
Then, at the last moment, you change your angle of release to match an anhyzer.
With the goal being to have the initial part of the flight be a hyzer, and flips later in the flight to anhyzer.
So the "body throwing hyzer" is essentially te first part of the flight, and the second anglular change at the end is what the desired second part of the flight should be?
You use your body to setup the angles. If I want to throw a hyzer, I am running either straight forward or to the right corner of the box(RHBH). If I want a hyzer flip I can focus my runup to move more left/straight, and OAT my pull down like an hyzer to pull the disc back to the right.
