I have an R-Pro Roc (+ mold) that I can basically telegraph my throw once it's in my hand. I bought a Prodigy M3 that's become more and more versatile for me, but if there is ANY question about my shot, I reach for the R-Pro Roc.
It's grippy, more durable than you'd think, and holds the hell out any line.
