Yup, I'm a little late to the party...
But please bare with me, I was playing Lemon Lake Blue and Gold, and Flip City this weekend, sandwiched between an amazing see a good friend/beer/food trip to Chicago. I am a local, play this regularly. Like the other locals/people who have played it say, it plays closer to 350'-375'.
I would pay anyone (provided i witness) a crisp $20 spot who claims they can throw a putter or mid to the hole for a birdie, and gets it done. You won't be able to, unless your rating starts with a 1 and has 4 digits (maybe 950 and up... not sure).
I flick a teebird straight up the gut, approach (9x's out of 10, the other time I'll get a long birdie look), take my 3, and prepare to get winded on the walk to hole 11, and the next two long par 4s. Placement is critical. If you get in the right nastyness, or left rough, chances are you aren't coming out with par, here. And, the big tree in the middle really limits your options.
