It looks like I'm a weirdo, but in a headwind I make sure to give the disc some extra height. That way, even if there's a gust out there that flips my disc, I have a little extra play to get it to fade back.
Throw lots of hyzers. Nothing screws with a hyzer like it does a flex, flip, or other shot. Even right to left winds won't make a hyzer turn into a roller, it just pushes it hard.
When you get ready to throw a shot, ask yourself "What is the wind going to help me throw here?"
And I'll reiterate throwing to a favorable side of the green. For me, I like a left to right wind (for everything; drives, upshots, etc.).
