I have a usual way I do things, but I wouldn't call them superstitions. Call them habits maybe. Using the same little processes all the time seems to help me play more consistently. When I play more consistently, I seem to be happier with my game.
Instructors in a lot of sports emphasize developing a pre-shot routine. It seems to be very valuable in disc golf too.
But I don't have a lucky shirt or a meal I have to eat or a song that's necessary to hear before I play or anything. If it works for you, have fun with it but that stuff ain't real.
