I do workout 5 days a week,just because I'm getting older and I need to stay in shape.
I do static stretching before I start a round,then regular stretching after I finish a round.
I'm gonna keep working with the 3 step,I use to use it for a long time so I'm actually kind of glad to go back to my roots again.
