I noticed those on mine. The ones at the 12:00 and 6:00 spots are more pronounced, but there are fainter ones around the rest of the disc.

Another thing that hasn't been mentioned much is how easy these things are to keep clean. We've got a lot of muddy, slushy courses here, and everything just slides off the Vector.
