With that in mind....
Hedrick said about 60 students from both Canadian Valley campuses helped with the course.
Student Sarai Richardson, 17, a junior at Mustang High School, drew the plans for where each of the holes would be — stretching across 32 acres of the 160-acre park. She had to redraw some holes to avoid crossing walking trails.
Computer-aided drafting and design students created presentation boards for each stage of the project.
Others created a budget and researched a list of needs.

Hoo boy. I'm glad these kids are getting some experience in project building, but this sounds like this is more about getting the students something to make than giving the citizens something to play. What happens after the course is installed and the students are gone? I hope we don't have another
Cape Girardeau on our hands, or something that is utterly boring.
