I would like to protest the shirt rule but to be honest, with the popularity of dri fit shirts, its hard to imagine that a player hasnt had the chance to get one at a B or C tier before playing a high level event.

I would like to see that all A tiers have the open and possibly the advanced players in collared shirts. I wear them to most all tournaments so I like it.

I don't play in enough tournaments to have a real voice in the matter, but for A-tiers I think it's completely fair. I love going to a tournament in a hoody or T/beater (always at least came with a T on) but It makes complete sense for me to not do that. If I already can't smoke a cigarette there (which is horse, PGA members can), what's stopping collard shirts?
