I cant really help suggesting what to pick up, but I can suggestion a couple of other things. For now, get rid of those high speed drivers. Im a new player as well, and could never throw mine very far. Went solely mids for awhile, and now that I can throw them a consistent 300 my fairways are close to 400. Eventually when I feel even more confident, ill go back to start using my distance stuff. Learning to throw slow stuff far has greatly helped my game and my technique.

Edit - I also hated the teebird when I first started playing. Now that I have much better technique, I love it. I dont think it will ever leave my bag!
