I use quads, and it depends on how I'm feeling. If It's a long day or I've played a lot that week I'll drape it on opposite shoulder from shot to shot. If I'm fresh either shoulder works, typically I put it on my throwing shoulder. and if both of my shoulders hurt I'll carry it in one hand from the horizontal part of my quadz.

I'm one of those "others". My bag is a small Gorilla Boy that I've put a different strap on. When I have a bit of a hike I'll carry it on my throwing shoulder. (On a real long hike, I'll wear it bandoleer style with the bag in the small of my back.) When the next tee to close to the last basket, I use a handle that's incorporated into the strap. It's pretty handy.

I got a big bag last fall [20+ discs] that has a shoulder strap and handles. I had to add a clip-on drink holder, so it goes on my right shoulder if I want a drink handy. It goes on my left shoulder to use the towel. I often grab it by the handles to walk from basket to next tee if its a short distance. And I carry it bandolier-style when I have a long walk on or off the course.
I'll probably get quads for it this summer to deal with extreme courses like DeLa and Reno Adventure.

Since I got quads in the last year, both. But for the previous decade with a shoulder strap, it was opposite shoulder.

I voted other. When I grab my bag, I just throw it over whichever shoulder is closest.
