What is the best/preferred angle to film your form?

I have a tripod on its way to me and I will be setting up my camera to take some videos for critiquing. What is the best camera position to get the best angle for review? Should the discs flight be visible?

Any tips before i make the video this weekend would be great.

Thank!

I always find it helpful to see multiple angles. I feel that a shot from the side aimed at your front is going to be most helpful to shot what your arms and legs are doing. While a back angle will show the flight path, the flight path doesn't always tell an accurate story (different discs fly differently after all) and you should be able to tell if there's OAT on your throws on your own.
