Covers for Disc Golf Alt Sleeves

So we have just installed alternate pin locations at our course so at one time there are 18 baskets and then 18 empty sleeves in the ground and we have been getting chewed out by parks dept because they have hit these sleeves. Anyone have ideas they've used to make these covered/more visible?

Well around here, they tend to have lengths of white PVC pipe fitted on, about 12 inches high.

My favourite solution is to get a length of pipe the same height as a basket. Then, if people prefer, they can play the alternate pin location as a tone pole.

I've also seen a length of pvc pipe a foot or two long that just gets stuck in the unused sleeves, makes them more visible and easier to avoid for the mowers.

Around here they just put little flags next to the pin position.

We use white PVC pipe filled with concrete - makes it harder for local hoodlums to break them. They are about three feet long - Half in ground and half extended above.
