I recall Marshall Street selling a GL Fuse that was "peeling" like that a while back. From what I imagine, though, these instances are few and far between, or else we would hear about it on here a lot more often.

Yeah I will take a lighter to it gingerly when I get home and use a file to clean things up. I'm sure one of my friends can get some use out of it. It's in good condition other than the peeling.

I have a buzz x that I had left outside in the sun for a while with a handful of other discs. The x material is peeling from the center of the disc. It's wierd, thats the only disc I have that has done this.
