A driver good for tunnel drives (so, stable/understable) AND wind (but also overstable) AND coming out of the Lat factory (where they use gravity resistant plastic) AND low glide?

No, there is not this.

Sounds like a job for the TD. Only 1/2 Finnish as Discspeed stated though.
