Wished I could help you out here. The University of Mississippi(Ole Miss) taught one a few years back, probably 3-4 years ago, but the guy who taught it moved away the year after it started so they stopped the class.

Humboldt State University has a class currently. This was the first semester it was offered, and I am guessing they will continue if there was enough interest.

It is a one credit class that meets twice a week.

Andrews University in Berrigan Springs, MI offers a class.

I only know because we used to deliver Naked Juice there and used a sick day to take a ride out with the driver to play the course. I ran into the class.

USC Upstate just opened a new course. Haven't had a chance to play it yet.

From the article:

For now, disc golf is recreational on campus, but there are discussions about including the sport on the college’s intramural calendar, as well as promoting it to the general public.
