Here is my daughter a year ago, a couple months after she turned 8. Lots of problems, but we don't work on form -- we just throw. In fact, now, a year later, she has this problem with not getting her reach-back early enough. But it's all good. After her tourney next weekend, I'll show her the video in the OP so she can see the pause on the last step and the full reach-back. (Oh, this was a 125g Leopard about 110 feet.)

Excellent! Thanks for the other video as well. I've been showing her the limited videos out there of the youngest Bygde, forget her name, but seeing other girls her age is awesome for her.
