Stafford Lake County Park (Novato, CA) FREE for all of December!

Thread title says it all...Went out to play Stafford today and the park ranger told us that park entry is FREE for December. Make sure to get out there!

It was my first time playing it today, and man, it is everything disc golf should be. The ranger was cool and drove us to the course start, as well. Nice people, amazing park.

Sweet! It should have been in perfect condition too, with all the new green grass popping up and the ground wet enough to stop the rollaway factor that can creep in on some of the holes. Do you know about the new "bonus" holes? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q86TnwsA4tc

I need to cut together the shots from a week ago, the new holes have changes a lil bit and I did film them in the new new set up.

I didn't know about any bonus holes, but I am not sure we could have handled them! Ha!

Really challenging, but absolutely beautiful. A little wet, but nothing unmanageable. And the fact that all of the tees are concrete, and that there are multiple pads and pin positions, is just stellar. A longer course for my arm, but still a great time.
