I played a few months ago there and it was gone. I didn't play there in 2011 so the last time I played the hole was 2010 and prior. I'm not sure of the exact distance but I do know it was over 700' feet...very straight and open w/ a couple mature trees on either side of the fairway about halfway down.

Real fun course, got to play it this summer. The long tee is no picnic for a LHBH. I'd go with my blizzard Katana and hope to get it close enough for an easy 3. From the short, I'd use an Opto River.

hmm seems to me like for the longs it would be monster or TI force on a skip shot to turn the corner. then comet/challenger from there.
Gator or teebird from shorts depending on the day.

With the tall grass on the left and the forest on the right, it looks like if you want to be aggressive, you might need a spotter.
So, assuming a spotter I would try blasting a Canon out there. It has enough of a turn where with the slightest hyzer it will get out into the open air, but it does not fade incredibly hard. This will hopefully keep it in the air as it floats across the field toward the basket. The plan would be to be out there near the basket where I could go for a long two but otherwise have an easy three. With no spotter I would probably muscle out a Ghost so that when it does fade, it crashes hard and hopefully in the mowed section of the fairway. The slight hyzer will hopefully get it out there for respectable distance. The trick is to keep it airborne so I can run out there after it and watch it land. |

Z surge on a high hyzer, not so much a spike, but just give it some room to fade some and glide down to the fairway. I'd assume I'd be like 100ft short maybe less. Then It's just a matter of approach and putt or approach in basket for duece.
